Additionally, at this stage, MSPs approaching operational maturity will have discovered that they have outgrown some of the PSA back-office functions and have likely replaced key components with other solutions.

For MSPs that have mastered IT service delivery and are looking to expand their offerings into additional areas, ESM platforms can be the next step. ESM extends ITSM principles to departments like HR, finance, and customer service, promoting efficiency across the organization. This integration supports MSPs operating at a strategic level, where IT closely aligns with business outcomes.
