If Autodiscover is configured
Download and install the Outlook client
Enter your user name
Enter your email address
The Autodiscover will automatically find and configure all other settings. Reconfigure email account
If Outlook is running, please close Outlook
Open the Windows Control Panel and double click on the icon Mail
Click on Show profiles -> Press "Remove" to remove the current profile
After the old profile is gone -> Press Add -> Choose name of the profile
Enter your user name
Enter your email address
The Autodiscover will automatically find and configure all other settings. Add email account to profile
If Outlook is running, please close Outlook
Open the Windows Control Panel and double click on the icon Mail
Click Email Accounts -> Click New

If Autodiscover is not configured (Outlook 2010 , Outlook 2013) / Manual configuration of Microsoft Exchange account
If Outlook is running, please close Outlook
Open the Windows Control Panel and double click on the icon Mail
Click on Show profiles… followed by Add…
Type in the name of the new profile and click OK
Check the box Manually configure server settings or additional server type and click Next
Mark Microsoft Exchange or compatible service and click Next
Type mail.cloudmore.com in the field Microsoft Exchange server
Check the box Use cached Exchange Mode
Type your username (your email address) in the field User Name
Click on the button More settings. If you receive a warning, click OK. Click Cancel in the window that follows
Click on Connections in the new window that opens, Check the box 'Connect to Microsoft Exchange using HTTP'
Click on the button 'Exchange Proxy Settings' Type mail.cloudmore.com in the field

Check the box Connect using SSL only
Check the box On fast networks, connect using HTTP first, then connect using TCP/IP Check the box On slow networks, connect using HTTP first, then connect using TCP/IP Choose Basic Authentication in the field Use this authentication when connecting to my proxy server for Exchange
Click on OK and then on OK again
Click on the button Check Name
Type username and password in the next window
Click on Next and finally on Finish

If Autodiscover is not configured (Outlook 2016) / POP & IMAP configuration
In Outlook 2016, Microsoft has removed the possibility to manually configure a Microsoft Exchange-account. To manually add an account, we will have to use POP / IMAP.
Incoming server settings:
IMAP / POP3 with SSL / TLS Incoming mail server IMAP / POP3: mail.cloudmore.com
Outgoing server settings:
Outgoing mail server SMTP: mailrelay.cloudmore.com (port 2525 preferred because of potential ISP restrictions)

Click on Show profiles… followed by Add…
