In order to be able to open multiple PDF-files with Adobe Reader simultaneously from the Workplace mapped drive with Workplace v10 the following setting will have to be changed in Adobe Reader.
Go to: Edit \ Preferences \ Security (Enhanced) \ Sandbox Protections
Disable 'Enable protected mode at startup'
